This Privacy Policy explains how UUC LLC (d/b/a “Buy Land Today,” “we,” “us“) collects, uses, and shares information when you use https://buylandtoday.us (the “Site“). By using the Site you agree to this Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
1. Information we collect
- You give us: name, email, phone, mailing address, the Parcel/APN you’re interested in, purpose of interest, and anything you type into a form, chat, or message. At checkout, billing details you enter go directly to our payment processor (Stripe); we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Automatically: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referring links, and UTM/campaign parameters, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see §5).
- From third parties: advertising and analytics platforms, and — if you finance a purchase — our third-party loan Servicer (the name of the Servicer will be provided at a later stage).
2. How we use it
To respond to inquiries and calls/texts you request; to reserve a Parcel and prepare your purchase documents; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to measure and target marketing; and to comply with law. We do not sell your information for money.
3. How we share it
With service providers who work on our behalf: payment processing (Stripe), CRM and email/SMS (HubSpot, quo.com, and messaging vendors), analytics (Umami), advertising/pixels (Meta), mapping (Google Maps), and the loan Servicer for financed purchases. We may also share to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or in a business transfer. Each provider handles data under its own terms.
4. Your choices and rights
You can opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe) and texts (reply STOP). Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your information, and to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
5. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar tools for essential functions, analytics, and advertising, including a Meta Pixel and analytics that measure site usage. See our Cookie Notice for details and how to control non-essential cookies.
6. Data retention & security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Third-party sites
The Site links to third parties (payment processor, Servicer portal, maps). Their privacy practices govern their services; review their policies.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
