1. Information is preliminary — verify with the county
All property information — including acreage, dimensions, boundaries, GPS coordinates, maps, photographs, zoning, land-use, buildability, road and legal access, utilities (power/water/sewer), flood status, property taxes, HOA, and title/lien status — is preliminary research compiled from public records and third-party sources for your convenience. It may contain errors, be incomplete, or change without notice, and it is not a survey, title report, appraisal, or professional advice.
Before relying on any of it or purchasing, you must independently verify every material fact directly with the county and other appropriate authorities, including the county assessor, recorder, planning/zoning and building departments, and utility and access providers. Maps and boundary outlines are approximate and are not a substitute for a licensed survey.
2. No guarantee of use or buildability
We make no representation or warranty that any Parcel can be built on, subdivided, accessed year-round, connected to utilities, or used for any particular purpose. Permitted uses, setbacks, permits, and access are determined by the applicable governmental authorities, not by us.
3. Honest disclosure — and your duty to confirm it
We aim to disclose known material issues such as title/lien status and the realistic level of road access. Where we describe access or other parcel qualities, that description is our good-faith assessment and you should confirm current conditions yourself. If you find any listing information that appears inaccurate, tell us via our contact page so we can review it.
4. Pricing and availability
Prices, terms, and availability are subject to change or withdrawal at any time and may contain errors. A Parcel is sold only under a separate signed Purchase Agreement, and, except as expressly stated there, is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with all faults.
