This policy explains the calls, texts, and emails you may receive from UUC LLC (d/b/a “Buy Land Today“) and how to control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
1. Your consent
When you provide your phone number and check the consent box on a form, you agree that UUC LLC and its authorized agents may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email about the property you asked about and your inquiry, including by automated dialing or texting technology where indicated. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may still ask us to contact you without agreeing to automated messages.
2. What we send and how often
Messages relate to your inquiry, property details, reservations, appointment scheduling, and follow-up. Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile plan.
3. Opt out and help
- Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe; you’ll get one confirmation message and no further marketing texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
We honor opt-out requests promptly. You may continue to receive non-marketing messages necessary to complete a transaction you started, as permitted by law.
4. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
5. Privacy
Your phone number and message content are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
